Our mission is to design, build, and sell exceptional luxury homes across Massachusetts — turning older properties into $2.5M+ new-construction residences. We partner with investors on single, real-estate-secured projects that deliver strong, disciplined returns in a 12-month cycle — building not just homes, but trust and enduring value in every investment.
Purpose
We built Millennia’s track record with our own capital — three luxury homes acquired, built, and sold to prove the model. Now we’re scaling, and giving accredited investors a direct, real-estate-secured way to participate — one project at a time, with capital returned in a single 12-month cycle. Every deal is its own LLC, and the developer is paid only after the investor, so our interests stay fully aligned.

We acquire older homes in premier MA towns, rebuild them as $2.5M+ new-construction residences, and sell into strong demand — partnering with accredited investors on single-asset projects, never a pooled fund.
